For those of you who do not know much about my law firm, this is a good place to find out who we are and what we do.  I have been a business attorney for over 30 years and several years ago after working as a partner in a larger firm, I opened my own office in Carmel Valley, which is in North San Diego County.  This web site is focused on both business and franchise law.  Our staff provides us a unique ability to give closely held businesses and their owners the highest level of service possible.  We will provide you with the services you would normally expect from a larger firm while maintaining a personal touch.

I have specialized in franchise and general business law since 1976.  I principally represent both franchisors and franchisees and other closely held corporations, partnerships, and sole proprietorships, providing legal services in the following areas:  franchise registration and representation; purchase and sale of businesses (including professional practices, such as veterinarians and dentists), shareholder agreements, contracts, real estate, and all related general business legal services.  I have been given the highest rating (AV) regarding legal ability and ethics by the national firm of Martindale Hubbell.
